Shane is an excellent real estate agent who is very attentive to his clients needs. Shane was our agent when we bought our house in Flying Horse. His local expertise and ability to actually understand what we wanted in a home was instrumental in finding the perfect house. He was an incredible asset assisting us during the move in, utility hookup, registering cars, etc. When it came time to move out of state there wasn’t a decision to be made who we would use. We used Shane and his team to sell our house. Shane was involved long before the house went on the market, offering expertise and assistance in preparing the house and where to allocate capital to ensure the highest sale price possible. His team was completely professional, always at our disposal and highly motivated to assist us. Our house was on the market for 14 days before we accepted a high quality offer for exactly the price we expected. Shane continually checked in on us during the years after we bought our house in Flying Horse and the time we told him we were going to sell and move. Both the buying and selling experience were made more difficult for Shane by the fact that both transactions occurred when we lived out of state. He gladly and promptly handled countless issues that would have normally been handled by the homeowner. Just as an example, we had moved out of state prior to the house going on the market and the yard had become overgrown with weeds. I asked Shane if he could find a landscaper to remove the weeds so the house would look it’s best. It proved difficult to find a landscaper to do a one time job, so Shane spent a few hours personally picking the weeds. That’s dedication to his clients!!
